Do you want to help shape Saab’s journey to differentiate its product portfolio through software and AI? Our new Group Digitalisation function is working across all business areas to drive this strategic transformation. We are now looking for a Change Lead to join the Digital Strategy & Acceleration team within Group Digitalisation. Ready to get involved? We need the best talent to help keep people and societies safe in an increasingly digital world.
Your role
You will be part of a team dedicated to the continuous development of Saab’s digital strategy, ensuring its successful execution across multiple initiatives and teams. Your focus will be to lead the behavioural and mindset shift required to enable lasting, people-centred transformation.
This is not a traditional change communication role. Instead, you will apply behavioural science, data and structured methods to identify which behaviours drive value and which hold us back—then design interventions that help shift those behaviours at scale. You will help define how leaders and teams across Saab think, act and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
You will translate behavioural insights into targeted initiatives, working with cross-functional stakeholders to reshape the context around people: their incentives, capabilities, expectations and communication. You will ensure that the behavioural element of our transformation journey is not only well understood, but also measurable and aligned with Saab’s long-term business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose behavioural and cultural barriers to change, using both qualitative insights and quantitative data.
- Define and lead end-to-end behavioural change initiatives that support Saab’s transformation agenda.
- Develop and refine feedback loops to track progress and evolve strategies based on real outcomes.
- Identify and anchor key mindset shifts needed across leadership and teams, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a clear and consistent Change Narrative, aligned with Communications but grounded in behavioural science.
- Leverage modern tools, interactive formats and digital platforms to foster learning, dialogue and engagement.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of how lasting change happens in complex organisations. You combine academic grounding in behavioural science or organisational psychology with hands-on experience of leading transformation initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
You are comfortable working conceptually and analytically, but just as willing to test, adapt and learn as you go. You use logic and data to build trust, and empathy and storytelling to create momentum. With a structured mindset and a pragmatic approach, you help teams and leaders shift behaviour in ways that create long-term value.
Requirements:
- Ten years professional experience, of which at least five years have involved a strong focus on behavioural change, organisational transformation or leadership development.
- A university degree in behavioural science, psychology, organisational development or a related field.
- Proven experience in driving large-scale change initiatives that shift mindset and behaviour across functions and levels.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-informed approach to planning, evaluating and adjusting change efforts.
- Experience from a digitally mature, decentralised organisation—or from a management consultancy supporting such organisations.
- Confident in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and adapting communication to different audiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
