Saab Brasil is looking for a Communication Analyst II to join our Communication team in São Paulo.
About the role
In this position, you will work with both internal and external communications, supporting content production, social media, corporate communication, events and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate content production such as videos, photos and marketing materials with agencies and suppliers.
- Review and manage social media content plans and digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to support culture, engagement, and business objectives.
- Manage internal communication channels, leadership communications, and company-wide meetings.
- Coordinate corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and employee engagement activities.
- Work closely with local teams and Saab Global.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Communication.
- Experience with both internal and external and internal corporate communications.
- Advanced English – written and spoken, including participation in meetings with global teams. Spanish is an advantage.
- Experience reviewing and managing social media content and paid media.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Hands-on profile with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with leadership, different stakeholders and teams.
- Availability to travel.
