Your main responsibility is to plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate training courses for the customer's radar operators and/or radar technicians. This may involve leading one or more courses and will require international travel.
You will be essential in strengthening our customer's ability to operate GlobalEye (Saab's airborne surveillance system) and contribute to the future development of the mission system by reporting observations and proposing improvements.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships—both in Sweden and abroad—is a central part of the role. As part of our team, you will collaborate across departments, from systems engineering to human factors specialists, to optimize system performance and create user-friendly interfaces.

As a team player with strong social and communication skills, you enjoy building lasting relationships and navigating complex, international environments.
We are looking for someone with:
A higher education degree (university engineering degree with pedagogy) or a background from the Swedish Air Force
Experience as a Command & Control (C2) operator or radar technician, with knowledge of GlobalEye Mission System, C2STRIC, or similar radar systems
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
A pedagogical approach with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
Willingness to travel, as the role may require being away from home for 1–3 weeks per training assignment
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
