Your role

Our Separate / production Environment are critical for our Business to delivery on a day to day basis. We have several Separate Environment used for many different purpose e.g. partner, research-projekt, development, OT etc.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our Production IT delivery and lead several teams that work closely with the business. You are responsible for ensuring that systems maintain high availability while driving continuous improvement and development of our solutions and working methods. You will work both operationally and strategically with responsibility for personnel, budget and delivery. At the same time, you will build up an modern IT function that supports the long-term needs of the business. You report directly to the Head of IT Operations.
The main tasks:
- Leadership: Coach, motivate and develop the people in your teams.
- Operational responsibility: Ensuring a stable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure and support delivery
- Strategy & Processes: Further develop and optimize processes and working methods according to the Governance framework.
- Budget & Finance: Plan, follow up and optimize the budget for IT operations.
- Security: Work closely with security managers to ensure the highest level of IT security and compliance.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong combination of strategic vision and operational drive. You are a confident leader who is skilled at building trust and strong collaborations, both within your own team and the business.
Required skills:
- Several years of experience in IT leadership, for example as an IT Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, networks and IT security.
- Experience within the ITIL framework and change and incident management.
- Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Desired skills:
- University education or equivalent work experience within the area of IT
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
