We are now looking for a Deputy Head of C2 & Datalinks — a key leadership role for someone who enjoys combining operational leadership, organizational development and strategic execution in a modern software organization.
Your role
As Deputy Head of C2 & Datalinks, you will play a central role in supporting and developing the operational effectiveness of the organization.
You will work closely with the Head of C2 & Datalinks and act as a key leadership partner within the organization, helping translate strategic direction into everyday execution, structure and continuous improvement.
This role has a strong internal focus on how we operate, collaborate and evolve as an organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving and evolving our operating model and ways of working
Supporting strategy execution and organizational alignment
Creating clarity, structure and focus across the organization
Following up on strategic initiatives and operational performance
Supporting managers and teams in organizational development
Contributing to sustainable delivery capability and engineering culture
Facilitating collaboration across teams, functions and Saab sites
Identifying improvement opportunities in processes, governance and collaboration
You will be an important part of the C2 & Datalinks leadership team and contribute to shaping how we work and grow over time.
Who you are
We believe you are a collaborative and structured leader who enjoys helping organizations work better together. You likely have experience from leadership roles within software development, engineering or complex technical organizations, and you are comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and operational realities.
