We are growing our global business and need additional DevOps engineers for our Platform team.
As our new DevOps Engineer, you will ensure automated installation and integration of our systems. Our department plays an instrumental role in designing advanced communication systems worldwide for military customers. You will be part of a very international organisation working with solutions based on modern technologies.
Your role
As a DevOps Engineer your primary responsibility will be to apply automation tools and best practices to ensure efficient, reliable and scalable deployment of both hardware and software components.
You will act as a liaison between development and operations teams, enabling effective collaboration and communication to ensure smooth workflows.
Tasks
- Develop and implement automated deployment processes for the entire system, including applications, services and supporting components
- Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to automate processes for identifying, documenting and tracking changes
- Design, harden and maintain mission-critical OS images (Oracle Linux/RHEL), including SELinux policy, automated patch pipelines and CIS compliance.
- Produce the needed documentation to enable repeatable system integration
- Work closely with developers, testers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and align on goals.
You will also work with
- Establishment and management of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software build, testing and deployment processes
- Implementation of security measures in deployment processes to ensure a secure and compliant system.
Your profile
You have relevant qualifications (preferably a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology) or relevant work experience.
Strong Linux administration and scripting (Bash/Python), experience packaging RPMs, troubleshooting Oracle Linux, and working in security-classified environments.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
