As a Driver, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting employees, documents, materials, and other items as required. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence, good knowledge of local routes, and a strong commitment to road safety and punctuality.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of people and goods while maintaining the vehicle in good working condition. You will also be expected to follow traffic regulations, perform routine vehicle checks, maintain accurate trip records, and always provide professional and courteous service.
Your profile
- Valid and current driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- Proven ability to drive safely and responsibly.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Professional, courteous, and well-presented manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make responsible decisions while driving.
- Physically fit and comfortable working flexible hours when required.
Preferred Experience
- 7-10 years of proven experience as a company driver.
- Previous experience working as a professional/company driver, preferably with an MNC or international organization.
- Experience driving expatriates, foreign nationals, senior executives, or international clients.
- Experience providing professional and discreet transportation services to expats/foreigners.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, traffic conditions, and key business locations.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with expatriates and foreign clients.
- Experience using GPS/navigation applications such as Google Maps and other route-planning tools.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, daily vehicle checks, and maintaining trip/fuel records.
We also expect that you will follow all the security processes and have a deep safety awareness and follow the company rules regarding these areas.
The position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
