Objective:
Coordinate a team of specialized engineers, in the continuous development of the team, in the effectiveness of the operation and in the delivery on time.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, promoting performance, collaboration and professional development.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of activities, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources and compliance with deadlines, budget.
• Monitor indicators, team capacity, quality of deliveries and risks, implementing continuous improvement actions.
• Manage staff administrative processes, including travel, attendance, travel and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure the alignment of team activities to the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Desirable postgraduate or MBA in Management or related areas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in sensor and electronic system maintenance in the aerospace or defense sector.
• Desirable knowledge in sensors, weather radars, on-board radars and electronic warfare systems.
• Skill in process modeling, definition and monitoring of performance indicators, as well as in project management tools, planning and resource allocation.
• Leadership, communication, planning, organization, project management and problem solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with technical and conversational communication.
