We are looking for a finance business partner for the BA line function, with an analytical capability and the ability to handle large volumes of data, combined with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement.
Your role
In this role, you will combine operational finance work with a high degree of business involvement in a complex and project-driven environment.
You will be responsible for financial planning, follow-up, analysis, and reporting in a larger functional area with high numbers of employees and complex operations.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are a hands-on and business-oriented controller who is not afraid to challenge, ask questions, and take ownership. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large volumes of data, with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights. You operate well in a complex, project-driven environment and communicate financial matters in a clear and structured way.
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar, and have a few years of relevant experience. Experience from project-based organizations is an advantage, and experience in EU and/or NATO projects is considered a merit. Familiarity with systems such as Agresso, Mercur, and HFM is also beneficial.
