Your role
We are on an exciting journey within cloud technology and AI, aiming to deliver products and services faster and more efficiently, ultimately benefiting our customers and Saab as a whole. In this role, you will be at the forefront of this transformation within PU C2.
As Head of Common C2 Technology, you will lead the development and implementation of cloud-based and AI-driven solutions for our C2 platforms within PU C2, across all our domains. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge C2 capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of new Multi-Domain C2 tech stack and solutions.
- Championing the adoption of cloud-native C2 solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust Development Environment (DevSecOps).
- Collaborating with Product & System Management to define and execute common roadmap items.
- Managing personnel, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Interfacing with Saab Common Tech organisation.
Your profile
We are seeking a highly technical and experienced leader with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, AI, and C2 systems. You possess strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to build and motivate teams.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies and AI.
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of C2 system architecture and development, including the underlying technical complexities.
- Deep understanding of C2 end-user requirements and needs.
- A passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
