About the Role
As the Marketing & Sales and Business Development Director for our Fighter Core Capabilities (FCC) Business Unit, you will lead our global marketing, sales, and business development efforts. You will lead a dynamic team across our sites in Gothenburg, Huskvarna, Stockholm, and Saab Grintek Defence in South Africa.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop: Manage and empower our Marketing & Sales (M&S) and Business Development (BD) teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Strategic Market Development: Craft and implement market strategies that drive growth and maintain our competitive edge.
- Customer and Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Organisational Management: Oversee the organisation and ways of working across our global sites, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in marketing and sales, and a deep understanding of the defence industry. You should possess:
