We are looking for a Head of Product Development that will join our exciting journey and who shares the same vision – It’s a human right to feel safe!
Your role
You will be responsible for managing the part of our organization that develops and manages our existing and future products. As a member of the senior management team, you will address all levels; from strategic outlook through a tactical perspective, all the way to strong operational decisions.
As part of the defense industry, we have experienced strong growth and you will be part of taking the business to the next level considering scalability and profitability.
Your tasks
Ownership of products and for delivering results according to plans and processes
Ownership and shaping of our development processes, tools, and technologies while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Drive our journey from being primarily project-focused to product-focused in our offerings
Drive standardization in Product Development securing fast and reliable deliveries
Define technology strategy to meet our customers future needs
Deliver products according to agreements to support our customer project
Drive the standardization and reuse
Relationship management and leadership of a diverse group of professionals including managers and project managers
Your profile
We are looking for a person with well-documented experience from management of organizations that develop software defined products. A key success factor will be your ability to empower employees to create commitment and delivery focus within the organization.
Further, the successful candidate has a broad profile with at least the following attributes:
Well-documented leadership experience, including leading managers
Experience from integrated software/hardware solutions
Experience from global companies
Relevant engineering or commercial educational background on minimum bachelor level
Financial focus and skills – know your numbers
Customer and delivery focus
Strong social skills, team player willing to walk the extra mile and who makes the team shine
Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails, that candidates as a minimum have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
