Your role
In this role, you will lead the delivery of advanced C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) solutions for naval, amphibious, and airborne anti-submarine operations. As the Head of Product Unit – Maritime C4I, you will combine operational excellence with leadership and competence development. Your responsibilities will include driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge C4I technologies, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of maritime and anti-submarine warfare, while also fostering a skilled and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful delivery of maritime C4I programmes and projects, ensuring they meet financial, schedule, and quality targets.
- Act as the primary liaison for Navy and Amphibious Forces, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
- Oversee the development of maritime domain-specific C4I solutions, including airborne anti-submarine warfare (ASW) capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with essential maritime and C4I skills.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance for the unit.
- Represent the unit externally and collaborate across domains to deliver integrated solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex defence systems.
- Experience with P&L, budgets, and large-scale program delivery.
- Strong operational focus and financial accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Swedish & English).
- Skilled in people leadership, competence development, and resource planning.
- A keen interest in learning new things and adapting to different environments and cultures.
Merit:
- Background from Navy, Amphibious Forces, or defence industry.
- Deep knowledge of current and future Maritime C4I systems.
