Your role
We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to the organization in HR-related matters. This generalist HR role is crucial to our success, offering advisory and support services to both employees and managers, while ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of HR processes and cases.
People Support add value to the business through the enablement and execution of people processes through knowledge, education and support.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Staffing the support and managing HR Cases
Manage phone and chat support, handling incoming HR cases professionally and efficiently, and providing accurate HR information via internal systems.
- In-depth responsibilities
Take independent ownership of tasks defined by the current responsibility matrix, ensuring all HR processes are followed and implemented correctly and effectively.
- Keeping HR information and knowledge up to date
Ensure that HR-related information and knowledge are kept current and available to both the team and other parts of the organisation.
- Contributing to team development and improvements
Actively participate in team development, optimising workflows, strengthening team cohesion, and improving working methods.
Your profile
This is a versatile role with focus on continuous development. As a part of the People Support team, you will work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, with the opportunity to contribute to and shape HR operations in line with the company’s needs. - Strong interest or proven experience in an HR generalist role or similar HR positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Passion for continuous learning and development
- Experience in HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus
You also have excellent communication skills in Swedish and in English, both verbal and written.
