Do you want to be part of an experienced HR team, currently consisting of five HR colleagues where four are based in Linköping and one is based abroad?
We are planning to extend our team and our new team member will primarily partner with leaders within Group IT, to drive the people and organisational transformation agenda.
- Support managers in all HR processes
- Coordination and support within the Workplace Environment area
- Development and coordination of onboarding and off-boarding activities
- Provide wide-ranging hands on support and advice on HR practices
To be able to fulfill this you need to have a good understanding of the business context, opportunities, and challenges. You work closely with the line managers to build their capability to plan and manage talent to develop approaches to achieve shared organisational objectives. You use your business knowledge to provide effective solutions that align the organisation’s “People Strategy” with business goals in the “Business Strategy”. You work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Experience of how to drive change
- A curious disposition and keen to learn and share knowledge
- Fluent in Swedish and in English language
For this role you need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building skills to collaborate across organisations. You have the ability to balance strategic work with hands-on operational work in order to deliver strong implementation and drive for execution.
We are looking for a person who is curios with high energy who demonstrate resilience together with integrity and respect in the workplace. You find it easy to cooperate with others, but you are also used to work independently. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive change.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
