The Investor Relations Officer plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s Investor Relations strategy. As part of a three-person IR team (Head of IR, IR Officer, and IR Manager), the role ensures high-quality and consistent investor communications and reporting.
Your role
We are looking for a driven and communicative professional who wants to take the next step within Investor Relations in an international and listed company. The role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in IR, finance or equity research, who thrives in a dynamic environment where quality and collaboration are key for success.
Key responsibilities
- As a key member of the IR team, contribute to shaping and further developing the company’s Investor Relations strategy, equity story, and calendar of IR activities.
- Lead the preparation and production of the Annual Report.
- Play a key role in the development and production of interim reports and investor presentation materials for quarterly reporting and investor meetings, including the Annual General Meeting.
- Maintain an active dialogue with the external financial market, including equity research analysts and current and potential shareholders, as well as support roadshows, site visits, and investor targeting activities.
- Collaborate closely with key functions such as Finance, Communications, Strategy, Treasury, and senior management on Investor Relations–related topics.
- The position reports to the Head of Investor Relations and is part of a three-person IR team.
Your Profile
You will have a high level of exposure and impact, working closely with senior management and playing an important role in how the company is viewed by the capital markets. You will contribute to delivering clear, consistent, and high-quality communication to investors and analysts, supporting the company’s long-term positioning in the equity market.
Qualifications and experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills, in English and Swedish.
- Proven track record as part of an Investor Relations team in a listed company or experience in equity research or other relevant areas within corporate controlling or finance.
- Interest in and knowledge of the fast‑growing defence industry is beneficial.
- Other relevant experience in finance or communications that supports successful execution of the role.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
