Your role

As the Smart Manufacturing Platform Service Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing services and solutions.

  • Implement IT strategies and initiatives within the service.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Prioritise the backlog and manage inflow to the backlog in dialogue with stakeholders.

Process Effectiveness and Compliance:

  • Ensure process effectiveness through cost and quality within the service.
  • Ensure service compliance with security, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, IEC 62443).

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and uptime metrics.
  • Follow incident, problem, and change management processes for the service.

You can be located in one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Jönköping, or Malmö. The role may require some travel to meet with your teams and business stakeholders.

Your profile

  • A positive, engaging person who enjoy working in a changing environment

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, IT/OT integration, or industrial automation.
  • Strong understanding of smart manufacturing technologies (e.g., MES, SCADA, IoT, edge computing, digital twins).
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex digital/industrial services.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Agile ways of working.
  • Experience with IIoT and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, pharma, aerospace) is a plus.

To succeed in the role, you must be proactive and future oriented and have a great interest in technology and people. Furthermore, we believe you have a customer oriented and business-like focus, with a good analytical and solution focused mindset. You are a team player but also used to work independently. To thrive with us, you need to be service minded and like to work in an environment where conditions can change at short notice based on users' needs.
