We are looking to fill positions as; Junior Test Manager, Test Manager, Acceptance Tester and Automation Tester!

Your role as Junior Test Manager
You contribute to the delivery of quality assurance ensuring that our projects, applications and systems work correctly and in alignment with customer needs.
You will work closely with Senior Test Managers, our Acceptance Test team and different project members to ensure our deliveries meet our delivery expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their testing career who wants to grow into a full‑fledged test management role.
Some of the responsibilities in the role will be:
Assist in creating test strategies and test plans.
Organize and track test activities across different System Integration- and Acceptance Tests in project environments.
Monitor execution of test cases, ensure proper defect logging, and follow up on defect resolution.
Generate test status reports, defect trends and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Contribute to ideas to refine QA processes, enhance test coverage and increase test efficiency.
Work closely together with internal stakeholders to deliver our project milestones.
Your role as Test Manager
You contribute to the delivery of quality assurance ensuring that our projects, applications and systems work correctly and in alignment with customer needs.
You plan and coordinate the test executions together with the project members. You have a structured proactive approach, attention to detail, and analytical skills which will be vital in achieving project success.
Some of the responsibilities in the role will be:
Create test strategy and planning documents.
Participate in planning meetings to align testing activities with project goals.
Coordinate system integration test execution in project environments.
Coordinate acceptance tests, both internal and external.
Analyse test results, identify bugs and assess usability.
Test Reporting to create transparency in projects.
Ensure high-quality at each project milestone
Provide assistance to the product support department in relation to customer specific issues or questions.
Take ownership of acceptance test and verification delivery within the assigned project, ensuring clear planning, execution, progress tracking, risk management, and quality reporting.
Your role as Acceptance Tester
You contribute to the delivery of quality assurance ensuring that our projects, applications and systems work correctly and in alignment with customer needs.
As an acceptance tester you will responsible for writing our acceptance test procedures, conduct system integration tests and acceptance tests in our projects. You're structured, have a proactive approach, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be vital in achieving project success.
Some of the responsibilities in the role will be:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Review the project specific requirements to ensure testability.
Write acceptance test procedures for internal and external acceptance tests.
Participate in executing project system integration and acceptance tests.
Analyse test results, identify bugs and assess usability.
Ensure high quality in bug reports from your projects.
Your role as Automation Tester
You will be a great part of ensuring that our products, applications and systems work correctly and meet the customer quality expectations.
As an automation tester you will be responsible for executing tests in relation to bug verification, feature test or system integration test. You must have a structured proactive approach, have an eye for the details and be able to have an analytic approach to find potential bugs and continuously communicate findings within the development team.
Some of the responsibilities in the role will be:
Participate in review of requirements and product design.
Create test cases based on test objectives and prepare test cycles.
Design, develop and maintain Automated test scripts in Python frameworks.
Execute feature- and/or release test cycles.
Analysing test results, bugs and usability, communicate with developers and system architects.
Good at investigating and finding root cause of failure in product features
Ensure high quality in bug reports and create bug reports whenever a new bug is revealed and follow up on resolutions..
Ability to improve testing processes and maintenance of existing test environment
Demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
Assist product support department in relation to customer specific issues or questions.
You will play an important role in ensuring that we deliver quality assurance in accordance with customer needs.
Your profile
You enjoy working in a technical environment and ideally have an educational background in Software, IT or equivalent experience in testing.
We expect you are a team player and a person with passion for keeping people safe.
Experience with software testing, test design techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We look for people with the right motivation who are willing to learn and navigate in complex systems.
We are in a global environment and therefore looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English.
Preferable you hold an ISTQB foundation certification (or equivalent) - not mandatory.
