We are looking for a Junior Business Controller for a permanent full-time position within our Finance Department in Nuremberg.

Your role:
As a Junior Business Controller at Saab Deutschland, you will support the overall financial planning and reporting for our German organization and learn how to translate numbers into actionable insights. Your goal is to generate a positive business impact by contributing to the financial planning process.
Your main responsibilities are:
Support in coordinating and managing the monthly closing, forecast and budget process
Monthly reporting
Support in forecast and budget reporting
Execution of financial analysis for actuals, forecast, budget and business plan with help of senior colleagues
Preparation of management presentations and decision templates
Conduct ad hoc analyses (e.g. cost, margin or project analyses) and derive first recommendations
Contribute to process, tool and reporting improvements (e.g. through automation, standardization) and bring in your idea
Your profile:
You have a relevant academic background in business administration, finance, or a related field and are interested in developing your career in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting.
Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a related field
First practical experience through internships, working student positions or entry level roles in finance or controlling is an advantage, but not a must
Strong analytical thinking, structured and accurate way of working and high willingness to learn
Confident handling of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus and you are motivated to build these skills further
You value honesty, integrity and teamwork and approach challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Above all, you are motivated to grow, contribute to the team and develop your skills in a dynamic business environment
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, so you can collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in an international environment
