Your role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to head a team within Software Factory, DevOps, and Developer Productivity & Tools. The team plays an important role in enabling effective development environments and modern software engineering practices across the organisation.
As Manager, you will lead a team of skilled engineers focused on CI/CD, automation, and toolchain development. You will be part of the Enablement Tech & Platforms department within Group Digitalisation, which drives digital innovation through shared, secure platforms and technologies that accelerate business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the platform engineering team focused on developer productivity and software delivery enablement
- Define and implement strategies for internal development platforms, CI/CD infrastructure, and toolchain evolution
- Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of scalable, secure, and self-service development platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand developer needs and continuously improve platform capabilities
- Encourage automation, standardisation, and reliability across the software development lifecycle
- Ensure platform solutions meet security, compliance, and architectural standards
- Support InnerSource practices and open-source collaboration within the organisation

Your profile
Required:
- Proven leadership experience in DevOps, software development, or developer tooling
- Strong technical background in CI/CD, cloud-native development, and automation
- Experience defining internal development platforms and toolchains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience from large-scale software organisations or platform teams
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python
- Familiarity with InnerSource, open-source governance, and developer education
- Understanding of DevSecOps and secure development workflows
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
