Manager – Design System & Tech Compliance

Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile leader to manage a diverse team within the Enablement Tech & Platforms department. This role encompasses leadership across three critical areas: UX and Design Systems, Technical Security and Compliance, and Architectural Governance. The manager will be responsible for guiding cross-functional specialists and lead architects to ensure cohesive, secure, and user-centric technology enablement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary team including developing, recruitment and utilisation of the team members.
  • Ensure the evolution and adoption of the company’s design system and UX best practices.
  • Enable technical security and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal and external standards.
  • Secure architectural leadership and governance across platform and development teams.
  • Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders within Group Digitalisation to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Your profile

Required:

  • Strong proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • You have a strong technical background and preferably an understanding of areas such as UX and design principles, technical security and compliance, as well as enterprise architecture and governance – enough to lead in a context where these perspectives are important.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in platform or enablement teams within large-scale tech organisations.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and secure development lifecycles.
  • Background in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
