Your role
We are looking for a passionate and driven First-Line Manager to lead our Enablement section within GBAD C2. This is a key leadership role in an organization focused on delivering advanced command and control capabilities.
The Enablement section plays a critical role in supporting the entire department. The team brings together expertise within AI, UX, Configuration Management (CM), CI/CD, and Test Automation, and acts as a force multiplier—ensuring that teams across the department have the tools, methods, and capabilities required to successfully deliver products and projects.
As a manager, you will lead a diverse and highly skilled group of specialists and ensure that their competencies are effectively aligned with the needs of the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of experts within AI, UX, CM, CI/CD, and test automation
- Enable the department to succeed by ensuring strong collaboration, support structures, and capability development
- Act as a bridge between technical domains, fostering integration across disciplines
- Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, tools, and processes
- Build a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational execution within GBAD C2
Your profile
We are looking for a leader who combines technical understanding with strong people leadership skills.
You have:
- Experience working at the intersection of several of the following areas: AI, UX, software engineering, CI/CD, test automation, or configuration management
- A solid understanding of modern development environments and enabling functions
- Previous leadership experience, or a strong readiness to take on a formal leadership role

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
