As Manager for one of our In-Service Support teams, you’ll lead a skilled group of project managers, technical service engineers, and field service technicians supporting advanced underwater systems.

You’ll take overall operational responsibility for your product area – ensuring our customers’ systems remain operational throughout their lifecycle.

Our work covers a broad range of activities, from maintenance and spare parts supply to technical support, system upgrades, and redesigns. With systems spanning different generations and technologies, you’ll lead efforts to find the right solutions for each unique challenge.

Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including Contract Managers, Line Managers, and other functions within the Business Unit, to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative support for our customers.

As part of the Customer Support management team, you’ll also contribute to shaping our future ways of working, driving continuous improvement, and developing our organisation to meet tomorrow’s challenges.

Your profile

We’re looking for a confident, people-oriented leader with a solid background in contract execution and project management. You have a strong sense of business acumen and understand how to deliver customer value while maintaining operational excellence.

Your leadership style is engaged, communicative, and empowering – you inspire those around you and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous learning.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

·         Leadership experience within In-Service Support, Aftermarket, or similar technical environments

·         Strong understanding of project execution and contract management

·         Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written

·         A passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Experience from in-service support, military operational requirements, and maritime installations is highly valuable.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
