Your Role
We are looking for an Integration manager. As a manager, you will be responsible for the group in terms of cost center budget and result, employee wellbeing, strategic development and resource and competence planning. You cooperate closely with other line and project managers supporting our projects with high performing teams.
The group consist of around 15 employees that work with integration of EW systems.

Your profile
You have a coaching leadership and build relationships within the organization. You have the ability to drive change and progress. You have an interest to lead change and work with continuous improvement of our test engineering methods. You know that test is an important and integrated part of product development.
Required skills:
- A genuine interest to lead and coach people
- Interest in making improvements
- Good communication skills
- Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification
Desired skills:
- A technical background within product development
- Experience as a manager
- Understanding of test automation benefits and challenges

What you will be a part of
You will be a part of the Electronic Warfare and Aircraft Systems (EWAS) business unit, which provides world class signal intelligence systems and self-protection systems for the next generation Gripen and the Globaleye. EWAS is a part of the Business Area Surveillance, read more here.
The two Integration sections are organized within the Systems Operations department. The Systems Operations Department is responsible for system integration, verification both on system level and environmental qualification on equipment level, Integrated Logistics Support, technical publications and customer training. We also have responsibility to develop test equipment and support systems needed for integration and verification. You will be part of Systems Operations leadership team, a great team at work, with genuine interest in those we lead.
