Your role
As Integration Manager, you have full responsibility for the integration section (approximately 10–15 employees), covering both system and subsystem integration.
The section ensures that subsystems, software, hardware, and external interfaces are successfully integrated into complete system solutions that meet defined requirements and customer expectations.
You are responsible for integration strategy, methods, resource allocation, and competence development. You report to the Head of Delivery & IoV GBAD C2 and work closely with verification, project management, systems engineering, architects, development teams, QA, and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the System and Subsystem Integration team
- Define and implement integration strategies, methods, and plans
- Ensure efficient integration throughout the full product lifecycle
- Coordinate and manage interfaces across subsystems, software, hardware, and external systems
- Act as the main point of contact for integration-related topics
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working
- Plan and allocate resources in line with business needs and project portfolios
- Develop team capabilities and secure long-term competence growth
- Represent integration in cross-functional forums and leadership teams
Your profile
We are looking for a leader who builds trust through transparency, clear communication, and a strong people focus. You lead with structure and energy, create engagement, and enable your team to perform and grow.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Solid experience in system integration within complex technical environments.
- Leadership experience, whether in people management, project management, or functional roles.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, interface management and requirements management.
- Proven ability to develop teams, processes, and ways of working.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
