- Partner closely with Programs, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Program Management, Finance, Trade Compliance, IT, Facilities, and Security.
- Serve as the enterprise Materials leader in cross-functional planning and operational reviews, influencing decisions across organizational and site boundaries.

- Lead organizational transformation and change, translating strategy into executable operating plans.
- Develop and mentor leaders while using data and operational metrics to drive decisions and accountability.
- Communicate and influence effectively across functions and senior leadership.
- Demonstrate the leadership capability and organizational maturity to assume broader Director-level responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Compensation Range: $132,000 - $171,600
