As Manager for our Software Enablement teams, you'll lead a talented group of software engineers in crafting CI/CD solutions that shapes the future of our industry. As a key member of the Sensor Software Management Team, you'll play a vital role in driving our strategy to transform Saab into a leading software company.

Architect Innovation: Own the design responsibility for our CI/CD systems and tools, driving innovation and setting the standard for software engineering excellence
Empower and Inspire: Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance
Drive Agile Development: Champion our product-oriented agile approach, removing obstacles and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results with speed and quality
Shape the Future: Contribute to the Sensor Software technology strategy, collaborating with senior leadership and external partners to define the roadmap for our products and help Saab achieve its software ambitions

Your profile
You're an experienced leader with a passion for software engineering and a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. You're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
