Our Supply Chain is undergoing a significant transformation, and we are therefore looking for a new colleague for our procurement department. You will play a pivotal role in this new position where you and your colleague will set new standards for Master Data in the company. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager.
Your role
We are looking for an experienced Master Data Specialist who can collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders and being a key player in ensuring the master data foundation for many of our functions in areas such as ILS, production, system engineering and purchasing.
No two days will be the same, and therefore you must be able to manage a dynamic work environment. You will work closely with colleagues both in Denmark and abroad, as well as maintain direct contact with suppliers and partners.
Your tasks
Maintain and enrich product master data in our ERP system/IFS
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency through validation routines and quality controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our business
Document data standards, workflows and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Your profile
We are seeking a new colleague who is structured, a team player, someone who possesses strong communication skills. You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to listen and understand both internal and external needs.
It is crucial that you can follow through on your tasks. Additionally, it is essential that you are fluent in both English and Danish, and ideally, one or more other languages.
Preferred Qualifications
The right candidate will have a relevant educational background and several years of experience in the procurement of technical components, either in a project or production environment.

Our offices are located in the attractive Sønderborg area with easy access from the motorway. Your workplace will be in our newly established location at Ellegårdvej in Sønderborg.
Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
