In the final stage of our production process, many of our internal flows converge together with purchased components to be consolidated and assembled.
This process often creates significant logistical challenges, where materials need to be coordinated ad-hoc or operations are forced to start with shortages.
Description of the master thesis
You will belong to a group of production engineers working with everything from cables to large system installations. The group’s main purpose is to be the link between design and production, with tasks consisting of creating routings, handling non conformative reports and being second line support for production. Our aim is to transform to a more proactive way of working and this is where this master thesis would make a difference.
