Your role
We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator who wants to play a key role in coordinating and developing our operations during an exciting growth phase. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Units and functions such as Procurement, Production etc. ensuring smooth collaboration and operational excellence in our operations.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will have a central role in coordinating and executing our operations strategy across the Business Unit with the aim of supporting our growth journey.
You’ll act as a key link between teams and stakeholders, working both operationally and coordinatively with a strong focus on structure, processes, and communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Coordinate and scale operational frameworks such as Sales & Operations Planning, End-to-End Supply Chain including aftermarket, inventory control, footprint optimization etc. across our Business Unit to maximize performance. Develop and support implementation of capacity balancing over multiple international sites.
- Risk & Continuity Planning: Build a Business Unit continuity and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard multi-site infrastructure against geopolitical and supply chain shocks.
- Global Supply Chain: Drive supply chain transformation together with the Product Units and our procurement department. Develop and support the strategy implementation of our global supply chain – where security of supply has become more important than ever due to the changing Geopolitical environment.
- Cross-Border Integration: Align the cultural and operational workflows across different product units and countries to secure synergies and a unified Business Unit ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Support the BU leadership with operational KPIs to provide the executive leadership with actionable insights for long-term capacity planning and resource allocation.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who;
- Has 10+ years of relevant experience (e.g., operations, supply chain, production, or coordination)
- Has experience working in an international product centric organization
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a clear interest in operational excellence aspects
- Is structured, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
- Is communicative and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in a very changing environment
- Is proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take the next step in their career
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
