Within Group Strategy and Technology, we are now looking for a analytically minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, technology, products and organizational alignment. In this role, you will contribute to shaping Saab’s overall product portfolio and support the organization in making well-informed strategic decisions.
Your role
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Saabs Business Areas to analyze and evaluate our overall product portfolio. The purpose is to support long-term strategic decisions and ensure that the portfolio remains competitive, relevant and financially sound.
You will gather and structure information from across the organization, identify patterns and insights, and translate these into clear recommendations and presentations that enable decision-making at senior levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating and analyzing Saab’s overall product portfolio from a strategic perspective
- Supporting analyses related to investments, cost and portfolio efficiency
- Ensuring that recommendations lead to concrete actions in the organization
- Collaborating closely with Business Areas across Saab
A key part of the role is to translate complex information into clear insights and ensure that strategic conclusions gain traction across the organization.
Your profile
We believe you are a structured and analytical professional with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
You are comfortable navigating a complex environment where you influence outcomes without necessarily having formal authority.
You likely have:
- A university degree in engineering, business, economics or a related field
- Experience from product management, portfolio management or strategic analysis in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information
- Experience in corporate development, strategy consulting or a similar analytical role.
- Experience preparing presentations and decision material for senior stakeholders
- The ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders across different functions
