Your role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Owner for Contingent Workforce Management to lead and optimise the end-to-end process for managing contingent labour at Saab Group. The role sits within the HR function with a strong cross-functional mandate, working closely with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Security.
This is a strategic and operational role at the intersection of these functions, requiring close collaboration to ensure a seamless and effective process across the organisation. You will have a clear mandate to define, drive, and continuously improve the process — and as we implement a Vendor Management System (VMS), you will be pivotal in ensuring it is harmonised, scalable, and compliant, while also acting as a key change leader, engaging stakeholders and driving adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the contingent workforce process from requisition to offboarding
- Define, document, and maintain process standards and workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Procurement, Security, Finance, and IT
- Lead process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including VMS implementation
- Monitor KPIs and ensure process efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Act as the single point of contact for all matters related to contingent workforce processes
- Deliver training and communication to stakeholders to drive adoption and compliance
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience

We are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, gained within HR, Procurement, Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience leading or managing cross-functional processes in a complex organisation
- Familiarity with contingent labour regulations and internal controls
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems
- Fluent communicator in both spoken and written English and Swedish
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
