Your role

Are you early in your career and want to develop where business development meets procurement, digital transformation, and analytics? As an Analyst in our Group Procurement Excellence team, you’ll support projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and value creation across the Saab business.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across our organisation to develop solutions, contribute to the implementation of modern digital tools and processes and that support the procurement teams in matters related to risk and analytics. This is a role where curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn will help you make a real impact.

Key Responsibility:

  • Support the analysis of procurement data and processes to develop areas for improvement.
  • Help design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support procurement decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new digital procurement tools.
  • Develop and provide information and reports on risk and data analysis to procurement
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for management reviews and cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to drive the continuous development of the procurement function and Saab.

Your profile

To fit in this role, you must be analytical, structured, communicative and eager to learn. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. You focus on achieving success in individual and team projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
  • Interest in procurement, digitalization, and process development.
  • Proficiency in project management and/or data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
  • A proactive mindset and a structured way of working.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
