Your role

As Program Security Manager, you will be responsible for security protection within an international program. You will work closely with the program organization to ensure compliance with both Swedish security protection legislation and international security legislation while ensuring that the business complies with our internal processes and regulations.
In addition to establishing and maintaining contacts with the customer’s security functions, suppliers, and authorities, you will act as a subject matter expert and clearly communicate security requirements to management and key internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day security and security protection work within the program
Interpreting and applying Swedish and foreign security protection legislation in parallel
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, contracts and internal processes
Advising and educating program management and specialists in security protection
Identifying and estimating the cost of security protection measures

The role is program-focused and does not include personnel responsibility. You will report to Head of Security Operations, Business Area Naval.
You will work primarily at our facility in Karlskrona or Lund. Domestic and international travel is a regular part of the role.
Your profile
You have extensive experience within the security protection domain, gained through similar or closely related roles. You are comfortable interpreting legal texts and communicating complex security requirements in a clear and pedagogical way. In addition to working with the Swedish Security Protection Act we consider it a strong merit if you have experience working with security protection under foreign security legislation.
You are structured, independent and act with high integrity. You have excellent command of both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
Personal qualities will be of the outmost importance, and it is paramount that you are a trustworthy individual with strong ethics and personal integrity.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
