Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving both product development and team success. You will lead and actively contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation, continuous improvements, and long-term product evolution.

Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Product Development, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field. We believe you have a few years of experience in project management and a strong interest in leading complex technical development projects.
Experience from hardware development is highly valued, and knowledge of agile ways of working is considered an advantage.

As we work in cross-functional teams with engineers from several disciplines, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

You will be part of the Hardware Engineering department that develops and designs the hardware for signals intelligence and electronic warfare systems with the aim of protecting the next generation of platforms eg. GlobalEye and Gripen.
