SGD is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Auditor. The position will develop and / or provide input during the yearly audit plans, conduct the audits in accordance with the audit plan, facilitate, support and advise Operations during Customer and certification audits and manage audits in the task management tool (register, reporting etc.) and take part in Operational improvement initiatives.
The role will be reporting to Head of Operational Excellence.
Your role:
Apply audit principles, procedures and techniques and plan and organise work effectively.
Audit in accordance with audit plan - Collect information by interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing documents, records and data and verify accuracy of collected information.
Confirm the accuracy of audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusions.
Assess compliance to requirements and follow-up on implementation of corrective actions.
Handle the applicable task management system for the managing of non-conformities, observations and improvement actions.

Required Knowledge:

Required Experience:
At least 7 years of work relevant experience
Experience in ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100, AS 9110, ISO 9011, etc
A broad operational knowledge and experience in the functions of the organization (e.g. training management, aircraft operations, air traffic management, aerodrome operations, and maintenance organization management).
Able to handle tight timelines and severe pressure at times.
Reasonable level of business acumen, understanding of basic financial principles in budgeting, costing and forecasting.
