We are rapidly growing our global business and are seeking a new member for our Manufacturing Team.

If you have a keen interest in building complex server racks with customized mechanical solutions, we are looking for you.

Your role

As a Rackbuilder, you will be responsible for the assembly of complex electronic and mechanical racks for our advanced defense and security systems.               
You will;
* Install electronic and mechanical components into standardized rack systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.  
* Perform wire routing, crimping, and cable management to ensure proper functionality.
* Conduct initial functional tests and visual inspections of assembled racks to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.                    
* Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, component usage, and testing results.                   
* Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the assembly process.            
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.    
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and product quality.               
* Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Your profile

We are looking for a team player with proven experience in electronic assembly, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

You have;                   
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.       
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment relevant to electronic and mechanical assembly.
* Demonstrable skills in wire routing, crimping (IPC WHMA-A-620) certification or equivalent experience is a plus).          
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A relevant technical education or vocational training in electronics, is preferred.     
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
