You will hold an important role in leading activities or large projects within our Gripen sales campaigns through the whole winning business process, from initial contacts, during business development and offering to negotiations and signing of contracts. When developing our offers we work together with several Business Units, Departments and other Business Areas within Saab. You are reporting to the Head of Sales within Department Marketing, Sales & Comercial.
The role has a multidimensional essence and include a wide area of internal and external touching points. You will also take part in other tasks in the department such as developing marketing messages, business intelligence, and organize and representing Saab and Gripen in several different contexts. Travel to your prospect countries will be a part of daily work
To be successful in this role we expect you to demonstrate a very strong drive and commitment to your task, skills and ability to enthusiasm and motivate team members, the ability to demonstrate leadership is imperative. You should have good knowledge of the Gripen system and how it can be utilized to develop the business for our potential customers.
It is an advantage if you have experience from working in a marketing and sales landscape and have business knowledge or experience from working in an international and multicultural environment. You are highly structured and used at working in or manage projects.
You should have the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational actions, enjoy working with business development in a complex environment, have pragmatic view and like to work hard under intense periods.
You have a technical or business degree from university or experience from marketing and sales of products acquired by foreign authorities.
Very good language skills in Swedish and English is required and you should be a good communicator.
Great consideration will be given to your personal qualities and experience.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Aeronautics, a Business Area of Saab, offers advanced airborne systems, related subsystems, aerostructures and services to defence customers and commercial aerospace industries worldwide.
You will belong to the unit Sales within department Marketing, Sales & Commercial. In total Marketing, Sales & Commercial, are around 60 dedicated people tasked to market and sell the world-leading Gripen fighter aircraft system on the international arena. We are now expanding our business and therefore recruiting a number of sales representatives with hopefully diverse backgrounds. We believe in always striving for winning and executing healthy and profitable business based on a strong knowledge base and sound commercial terms.
