We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant to support the Head of Business Unit Aviation Services within Business Area (BA) Aeronautics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and collaboration are valued, this could be your next opportunity.
Your role
You will be a trusted partner to the Head of BU Aviation Services and a central point of coordination within the BU management team. You will operate in a fast-growing and transforming organisation, where adaptability and a positive mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing calendars, travel, correspondence, and administrative processes, ensuring smooth coordination with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinating leadership team meetings, including agendas, documentation, and minute-taking, while fostering collaboration across the management team and the senior assistant community.
- Leading and coordinating the BU’s administrators’ network across the Saab Group, driving efficiency, modern ways of working, and strong collaboration among senior administrative colleagues.
- Supporting the Deputy Head of BU and selected employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
At Aeronautics, we design, develop, and produce cutting-edge aircraft systems and technologies that help shape the future of aerospace. With significant ongoing growth and investment, this is a particularly exciting time to join us. You will work alongside highly competent and innovative colleagues in a forward-looking organisation where transformation, agility, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life — and where your contribution will truly make a difference.
Your profile
You are a structured, service-minded professional with strong communication skills and a natural sense of discretion. You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying positive and solution-focused when priorities change. You contribute to shaping ways of working and building strong internal networks, fostering a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued. Adaptable and proactive, you take initiative, manage evolving priorities with confidence, and act with integrity and attentiveness.
We believe you have:
- Relevant education in business administration, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting senior management or complex projects.
- Excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to embrace change, and strong integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent command of both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
- High digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools, with interest in leveraging AI to streamline processes, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
