Your Role
In this role, you will act as a key link between customer needs and our overall capabilities. You will engage closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate these into tailored, integrated system-level solutions that address complex requirements.
You will contribute to shaping our long-term business strategy by identifying market opportunities and developing strong value propositions that support growth. By applying your broad understanding of complex system environments, you will design cohesive solutions that combine multiple capabilities into effective, customer-focused offerings.
The role also involves monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape, and working cross-functionally to ensure that customer needs are reflected in our overall offering. While you will not be directly involved in technical development, you will play a key role in guiding and influencing internal stakeholders through clear insights and strategic direction.
Your Profile
We believe you have a solid background in business development, solution selling, or systems integration within the defence, aerospace, or high-tech sector. You bring strong domain knowledge in air defence systems, including an understanding of how different system components interact within complex environments.
You have a solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into viable, high-level system solutions. With your strategic thinking and business insight, you are comfortable identifying market trends and shaping future offerings.
You are also a strong communicator, able to confidently engage with both technical experts and senior decision-makers, and to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way. A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
