In this position you will be located at our office in Hyderabad 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, and benefits administration. This role will primarily focus on ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory adherence under Indian labour laws and labour codes, audit readiness, and seamless benefits management. The incumbent will play a critical role in maintaining compensation accuracy, compliance integrity, and efficient HR operations while supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Your profile 

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate attendance, leave, and LOP; prepare payroll input sheets

  • Coordinate with payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing

  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance under applicable labour laws & labour codes

  • Verify vendor statutory records and support audits

  • Prepare data for quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) including F&F inputs

  • Maintain HR documentation and ISO records

  • Plan and coordinate training and employee engagement activities

Key Skills

  • Payroll processing & statutory compliance

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & labour codes

  • MS Excel & HRMS proficiency

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good communication & stakeholder management

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–8 years of experience in C&B / HR Operations

  • Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, and audits

  • Ability to manage multiple HR processes independently

NOTE: We are currently focusing on profiles in the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) area
