In the role as Service Delivery Manager, you will act as project manager on service level agreements - handling and delivering services, maintenance and support, seamless to Saab Danmark A/S customers.
Manage, sustain and extend service- and maintenance contracts according to contractual requirements and processes
Create, negotiate and review service contracts
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
Monitor the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions
Support Sales in the tender phase with quotes and descriptions on service deliveries
Plan and execute customer meetings and workshops
Handle requirements and secure risk management
Clarify activities, establish plans with milestones and concrete tasks
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with service contracts
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders.
