Your role

Group Security is seeking a highly motivated colleague to join our team. You will be a driving force in protecting our operations and improving the resilience of our supply chain.

This is a role that requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute tactical and operational tasks effectively.

In your role you will mainly collaborate with experts and stakeholders whit in the areas; Security, Procurement teams and Suppliers.

The main areas of responsibilities are: Security requirements for suppliers, Audit & Follow up, Supply risk & incidents and Awareness.

In your role you will bring your areas of responsibility forward by collaboration with others that look to you for guidance and drive.

Organization will look at you for leadership and support within your area of expertise and you will be a key player in ensuring risk mitigation, compliance and raising security awareness.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implement, improve and maintain the Supply chain security framework

  • Assist and advice procurement teams with the key security elements to their risk and security assessments

  • Represent security, investigate and address supply chain security risks 

  • Raise awareness and train procurement teams and suppliers on how to apply and comply with “Security requirements for suppliers”.

  • Develop, maintain and promote suppliers security maturity and compliance through a programme of awareness training and assurance visits.

  • To conduct security Audits and support in analysing incidents

Your profile

Personal qualities will be of great importance. You are trustworthy with a strong personal drive and passion for supply chain.

Required skills:

  • Experience from Supply chain or security regulatory driven operations

  • Completed courses within Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desired skills:

  • Experience from working with Security, Customer contracts or Procurement

  • Experience of supply chain, process, methods and tools

  • Experience of security standards 

  • Professional development training in security

  • Genuine interest or knowledge in cyber- and information security, as well as digital transformation

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
