Your role
As part of a Research and Development team, you will collaborate with our cross-functional, multi-disciplinary development team in definition, design and development of Electronic Warfare products.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical background with project leadership in a highly innovative and meaningful field. You will have opportunities to engage in cutting-edge technology development across modern Electronic Warfare and radar solutions.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading the product development activities of Electronic Warfare products
- Development, coordination and execution of a plan and schedule with the internal and external customers
- Developing and managing customer requirements for individual projects
- Developing strategic working relationships and coordinating with internal stakeholders
In this job, some of your tasks have a connection to defense secrecy. Therefore, a drug test and approved security clearance in accordance with the Finnish Security Clearance act 726/2014 is required for the selected applicant.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, proactive, and motivated to drive development forward – even in complex environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll be working with colleagues from various backgrounds and disciplines.
Required skills:
- Master of Science in Technical Physics, Electrical Engineering, Digital Signal Processing or equivalent
- Relevant experience from Defence, Space or Telecoms industries
- Experience in mixed signal, RF, embedded and communications systems development
- Ability to work independently with a self-driven mindset
- Confidence in decision-making and a proactive approach to execution
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, verbal and written
Bonus skills we value:
- Knowledge with one or more of the following topics: Electronic Warfare, Radar, COMINT, SIGINT or ELINT
- Understanding of all the phases of product development process, from early concept to product ramp-down
