Technical Leadership for Complex Projects
We are looking for a System Engineering Lead who ensures complex technical projects stay aligned, realistic, and deliverable.
This role is ideal for experienced:
• Technical Project Managers
• Engineering Leads
• Integration Leads
• Technical Team Leads
• Senior Engineers with project responsibility
You do not need a formal Systems Engineering background.
What matters is your ability to structure complexity, align stakeholders, drive technical decisions, and keep delivery on track.
Your role
You act as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager and take ownership of the technical delivery perspective across the project.
You will:
• Align engineering activities with project milestones
• Drive technical coordination across teams and disciplines
• Identify risks, gaps, and integration issues early
• Support decision-making between scope, time, cost, and quality
• Bring clarity to complex or fast-changing situations
• Ensure technical decisions are actionable and understood
You will work closely with engineering teams, integration & test, production, project management, and customers.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
