As Transformation Realisation Lead in Group Digitalisation’ s Digital Strategy & Acceleration team, you’ll ensure the structure, insight and governance needed to deliver real value from software and AI initiatives. Ready to lead? We need top talent to help safeguard people and societies in a digital world.
Your role
The Digital Strategy & Acceleration team orchestrates the strategy development and oversees the transformation required to implement it, with a clear focus on speed, value and continuous improvement. As Transformation Realisation Lead, you will take ownership of how we track and secure progress across the digital transformation journey.
You’ll ensure the transparency, insight and informed decision-making required for effective strategy execution. This entails setting up the right structures for performance tracking with a focus on outcomes, and continuously running and improving the governance around value realisation.
You will lead the design and implementation of a structured and scalable approach—defining meaningful OKRs and KPIs, creating smart data collection models, and producing reporting structures that provide actionable insight.
Working closely with roadmap owners, initiative leads and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure that progress and impact are clearly linked to strategic intent—and that we continuously refine how we measure, follow up and learn.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of a performance tracking model for the digital strategy.
- Design and implement OKRs and KPIs that clearly connect strategy to execution across multiple initiatives.
- Create dashboards, reports and other materials that provide actionable insights and ensure alignment at all levels.
- Own and evolve the structure for follow-up, including progress tracking, value frameworks and assurance of outcomes.
- Collaborate with roadmap and initiative owners to define metrics, accountability and timelines.
- Run strategic forums and health checks that link delivery to intent and support continuous prioritisation.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and a passion for clarity and impact. You bring a proactive and structured approach to complex problems, and you know how to turn fragmented input into clear direction. With strong stakeholder skills, you create alignment without imposing control—and you are equally comfortable working with senior leaders and operational teams.
You are driven by outcomes, not just activity, and you know how to shape metrics that reflect real value. You enjoy refining how things are done and constantly look for ways to make performance tracking more meaningful and useful.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategy execution, transformation leadership, program management, or broader controlling work—of which at least 5 years have been focused on independently driving TMO or portfolio governance.
- Experience in leading performance governance and outcome tracking across enterprise-wide digital initiatives within a complex IT organisation.
- Background from a digitally mature industrial company with high Business Area autonomy, or from a leading management consultancy serving such companies.
- Experience designing and leading value tracking across large-scale, decentralised or complex transformation programs.
- Strong skills in defining and implementing OKR- and KPI-based models for performance follow-up.
- Ability to design dashboards and performance reports that are relevant, visual and decision-oriented.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the defence industry or engineered products is a plus.
