Do you want to take on a key leadership role where quality, safety, and delivery excellence are at the core? We are now looking for a Verification Manager to lead and develop our verification capability within GBAD C2.
Your role
As Verification Manager, you have full responsibility for the verification section (approximately 10–15 employees), covering verification at both system and subsystem levels. You report to the Head of Delivery & IoV GBAD C2.
The section ensures that our products and solutions meet defined requirements, customer expectations, and relevant standards and regulations. You are responsible for verification strategy, methods, processes, resources, and competence development, working closely with integration, project management, quality, systems engineering, architects, and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the verification team
- Define and implement verification strategies, methods, and plans
- Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, verification, and results
- Act as the main customer interface for verification-related topics
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working
- Plan and allocate resources in line with business needs
- Develop team capabilities and secure long-term competence growth
Your profile

You create the conditions for a strong, innovative, and collaborative verification capability.
You have:
- A solid technical background and experience in verification and validation of complex systems, along with leadership experience.
- You are communicative, structured, and driven by developing both people and ways of working.
- A good understanding of systems engineering, requirements management, and product development processes.
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Experience in test automation and from environments with high demands on safety, quality, or regulatory compliance is considered an advantage.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
