We are rapidly growing our global business and are seeking for a Warehouse Manager to strengthen our logistics team and being a part of the Supply Chain Management team

Your role
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall management making sure goods are available at the right time, enabling production to proceed with minimal disruptions. You'll ensure we stay ahead of upcoming orders through careful planning, efficient allocation, and disciplined data management.
The job demands persistence, to ensure both external and internal partners deliver according to agreements.

Your profile
This role requires someone who enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced and systematic manager who can balance structure with a degree of flexibility.
The ideal candidate is resilient and possesses strong IT, financial and people management skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to be fluent in both English and Danish, with German proficiency as a plus, as we are in a global environment. A pragmatic and analytical mindset is crucial for effective management.
Preferred Qualifications
We anticipate that you have experience in logistic and warehouse management, along with strong IT knowledge.
In depth knowledge with ERP, LEAN, 5S and KPIs from a production environment is crucial to succeed in this role.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
