Dividend
Saab’s long-term dividend policy is to distribute 20-40 percent of net income to the shareholders over a business cycle.
For the financial year 2024, the Annual General Meeting decided on a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share. The dividend corresponds to 25 per cent of net income and is in line with the long-term dividend policy.
In order to facilitate more efficient cash management, the dividend will be paid out in two equal instalments. The first instalment, SEK 1.00 per share, was paid with the record date of 14 April 2025. The second instalment, SEK 1.00 per share, will be paid out with the record date of 7 October 2025. Payment of the dividend will be made on 17 April 2025 and 10 October 2025, respectively.
