Change in number of shares and votes in Saab

Saab has as previously announced carried out a rights issue of shares of series A and series B of up to 26,695,503 shares in total. 26,521,528 shares, whereof 476,780 shares of series A and 26,044,748 shares of series B, subscribed for with the exercise of subscription rights have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in December 2018, and the number of shares and votes in Saab has therefore increased as set forth below.

Prior to the issuance of new shares, there were in total 109,150,344 shares in Saab, of which 1,907,123 shares of series A, corresponding to 19,071,230 votes, and 107,243,221 shares of series B, corresponding to 107,243,221 votes, i.e. 126,314,451 votes in total.

As of 28 December 2018, there are in total 135,671,872 shares in Saab, of which 2,383,903 shares of series A, corresponding to 23,839,030 votes, and 133,287,969 shares of series B, corresponding to 133,287,969 votes, i.e. 157,126,999 votes in total.

The remaining shares of series B in the rights issue that have been allotted to shareholders who have subscribed for shares with subsidiary preferential right will be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in January 2019.
