Buy-backs of shares of series B in Saab during week 42-43 2020
During the period 16 October – 22 October 2020, Saab AB (publ) (LEI code 549300ZHO4JCQQI13M69) has repurchased in total 310.000 own shares of series B (ISIN: SE0000112385) as part of the share buy-back programme initiated by the Board of Directors in order to secure delivery of shares to participants in Saab’s long-term Share Matching Plan, Performance Share Plan and Special Projects Incentive.
The share buy-back programme, which Saab announced on 16 September 2020, is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”). The repurchased shares are intended to be transferred to the participants in Saab’s long-term Share Matching Plan, Performance Share Plan and Special Projects Incentive at the time that the participants have the right to acquire shares.
Shares of series B in Saab have been repurchased as follows as part of this share buy-back programme.

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Danske Bank on behalf of Saab. Following the above acquisitions, Saab’s holding of own shares amounts to 2.877.346 shares of series B as of 22 October 2020. The total number of shares in Saab is 135,845,847.
