On this page is our introduction to how you as a supplier to Saab can use and work within our supplier portal Ivalua. There you can manage your company details, fulfil your responsibilities as a supplier and collaborate with Saab in a simple and structured way.
At Saab we use a digital platform for working with suppliers and handling our procurement processes.
What Ivalua does for us, for all types of procurement (direct and indirect):
- Evaluate suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships
- Track supplier‑related risks
For indirect procurement it also covers the whole purchase journey:
- Sourcing (RFQs and tenders)
- Contract management
- Purchase‑to‑delivery process
What this means for you
Depending on what you supply, you may work with one or several of these areas. Ivalua helps us keep the collaboration clear, structured and transparent throughout the entire supplier lifecycle.
What you can do as a supplier
- Register and keep your company details up to date
- Upload required documents and certifications
- Take part in supplier assessments and qualification activities
- Support compliance and risk‑management work
- Join sourcing, contracting and procurement activities when applicable
Your responsibilities as a supplier
To keep the process running smoothly, we ask all suppliers to:
- Keep company information accurate and up to date
- Respond to requests and sourcing activities promptly
- Follow Saab’s requirements
- Actively take part in the relevant Ivalua processes

Access to Supplier Portal
Saab will send you an invitation when you need to use Ivalua. You can log in only after you have accepted the invitation.

Saab offers a Supplier Guide that walks you through the process step by step. Information on how to register and manage your profile, how to take part in sourcing and procurement activities, how to handle documentation and requirements and an overview of the main workflows in the platform.
